How we charge
One rate, anywhere in China.
Large international agencies typically run USD 250–350 per man-day with travel billed on top. Here is our whole price list.
USD 130 per man-day
The same number anywhere in mainland China. It includes the inspector's day, travel to the factory, photographs, and the English report. No fuel or mileage line, no report fee, no weekend supplement, no distance surcharge.
A second day is a second day
The rate covers one visit. If an order genuinely needs more than one man-day, or a re-inspection after rework, that is charged as a normal additional day at the same rate — and you are told before the visit is booked, never after the report is delivered.
No commission on your goods
We do not source for you, handle your payments, mark up your goods, or take any fee from your factory. Our inspectors are salaried staff and their day rate is our only revenue, so nothing sits on the other side of the scale when a report is written.

What we do not do.
We are not a testing laboratory
We do not issue accredited chemical, electrical or safety test certificates. Where a destination market requires accredited testing, that belongs with a laboratory — we will say so rather than take the booking.
We are not a sourcing agent
We do not find suppliers for a commission, negotiate on your behalf, or touch your payments. Our only revenue is the inspector's day rate.
We do not work for your supplier
We take no fee from the factory on any account, so nothing is weighed against telling you what we actually saw.
